HOW OUR PICK-UP AND DELIVERY SERVICE WORKS:
We will provide you with a flexible pick-up/delivery system based on your own laundering needs: Twice-A-Week, Weekly, Monthly or just once in a while.
Once you're a customer, we will pick up your laundry in our personalized "WebDryCleaning.com
bags", process your order, and deliver your clothes!
We will communicate with you by e-mail, at different times when providing our service to you. You will be able to access your account anytime, by logging on to our website, and selecting the following areas under Your Account: Update Preferences, Account History, Request-A-Pickup, or Print Special Care form.
Signing up for our services:
When you like to become a customer of The WebDryCleaning.com , we will ask you to enter your zip code, to see if we are currently servicing your area.
If we are currently servicing your area, we will guide you through a simple 5 step sign up process. We will ask you to select your customer type, select your preferences, enter your name, delivery address, credit card information, create a password, and verify your email address (If you would not like to provide your billing information over our secured servers, please call 856-832-0171, so that we can setup an account for you over the phone). We accept Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Debit).
If we currently do not service your zip code area, we will ask you to provide us with other necessary information, which we will keep on file. Once your zip code area becomes deliverable by The Web Dry Cleaning.com , we will contact you via e-mail, so that you may establish an account with us.
Setting your Preferences:
As a customer of The WebDryCleaning.com , you will have the flexibility to select your laundering preferences the way you like them.
Type of Service:
Twice-A-Week: We will Pick-up/Deliver your laundering items two times per week, and place you on our regular customer schedule.
Request-A-Pick-Up: We will wait for you to contact us via our website, to pickup your laundering items.
Delivery Hours:
Daytime - Residential (9am - 7pm)
Daytime - Business (9am - 4pm)

Using our Pick-Up/Delivery Service:
WITHIN 72 hours of signing-up for new service, you will receive an email from us alerting you that your service will begin as of a certain date, along with which delivery schedule you will be on with The Web Dry Cleaning.com .
Based on the type of service you've selected, we will then begin to provide you with our pick-up/delivery service. Just place your Web Dry Cleaning.com bag at the Pick-Up/Delivery location, which you've selected, and leave the rest to us.
We will communicate with you throughout the process. For each order handled and processed by Web Dry Cleaning.com, we will automatically assign your order an order number, which you can track automatically via our notification emails, or you can simply log on to our website and click on Account History to check the status of each order.
When we deliver your order to you, you will also receive another Web Dry Cleaning.com bag to use for future orders with us.
