Web Dry Cleaning.com offers you quality dry cleaning, professional shirt laundering, and other laundering services to your home or office. These services can be accessed by anyone, anywhere, anytime, via our website, or by phone.

How do I sign up for this service?
Simply go to the Don't have an account yet? SignUp for Pickup/Delivery Services area, and select one of the following customer types: Residential or BusinessClub(Business/Office Customers). After making your selection, you will be guided through the new customer area.


Are there any additional fees for the convenience of using this Pick-Up/Delivery service?
Yes. Delivery is always included in our listed prices. However, we do assess a minimal charge to cover the cost of waste disposal. Other dry cleaners included this in the cost of each of their items. Therefore, you pay this for each item being processes. We break this out separately so you only incur this once per order. Additionally, under certain market conditions we may be required to add a small surcharge to offset fuel costs. This is done so we can continue to offer you competitive prices and convenient service.

You can expect to receive premium quality care for all your laundering needs. All work is 100% guaranteed.

Where does WebDrycleaning.com perform the laundering services?
We are a locally owned business, and we perform all the laundering services locally in your community.

What is the turn-around time to service my laundering needs?
Webdrycleaning.com offers a standard 5 business day service or optional 3 business day service for most laundered and dry cleaned items. When signing up or requesting a pick up let us know your preference. There is no difference in price between the two delivery schedules.

What are Web Dry Cleaning.com Pick-Up/Delivery Schedules?
Based on your pick-up/delivery address zip code, we will place you on a scheduled route for one of the following: Monday/Thursday service, or Tuesday/Friday service. If you select to become a regular customer of ours, we will come by your home or office two times per week to Pick-up/Deliver your laundering items. If we Pick-up on Monday, we will deliver Thursday, and if we pickup Tuesday, we will deliver Friday. Also, when we deliver your laundering items, we will pick-up any new orders that you may have at that time, and deliver them to you based upon your scheduled delivery route.

>When do I pay for my laundering services?
When you sign-up with us to become a customer, you will provide us with your credit/debit card information, and only after your order is professionally serviced and delivered to you, will your credit/debit card be charged for the service. Your billing information will reside on secured servers, and will only be used for future transactions with Web Dry Cleaning.com.

After Signing-Up, when can I expect Web Dry Cleaning.com to begin servicing me?
Within 72 hours of signing-up with us, you will receive an email from us alerting you that your service will begin with us as of a certain date. Also, if you chose to become a regular scheduled customer of ours, you will be notified as to which Pick-Up/Delivery schedule you will be on.

When do I receive my Web Dry Cleaning.com Bags?
Within 72 hours of signing-up for our service, we will personally deliver two Web Dry Cleaning.com bags to your Pick-Up/Delivery address before your service is to begin. These bags will be used for all your services with Web Dry Cleaning.com. Each time you receive an order from Web Dry Cleaning.com, you will receive another Web Dry Cleaning.com bag for future orders.

How do I alert Web Dry Cleaning.com, if I have a special need to be attended to, for one of my laundering items?
Place a Special Care Form, completely filled out in your Web Dry Cleaning.com bag, and then we will gladly address this need when picking up your items.

What are the Pick-Up/Delivery hours for Web Dry Cleaning.com?
We provide the following Pick-up/Delivery times Monday through Friday:
Residential customers are serviced from 9am - 7pm
BusinessClub(Business/Office Customers) are serviced from 9am - 4pm

Web Dry Cleaning.com uses a web-based encryption and authentication service for all your transactions, to ensure your information is completely secure.

Where does Web Dry Cleaning.com Pick-up/Deliver my laundering needs?
You decide the location, we only suggest a weather-sheltered area. Some common locations include: front door, back door, patio area, or garage.

Do I need to be there, when you Pick-up/Deliver to my location to use this service?
No. We do not require you to be there. We offer you various times to pick from to use our service, so if you want to be there you can, and if you don't want to be there you don't have to.

What is Web Dry Cleaning.com's missing garment policy?
Web Dry Cleaning.com utilizes an Internet based garment identification system to avoid any misplaced or lost items. If a garment is missing from your order, please contact us at 856-832-0171 or email us at garments@webdrycleaning.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Web Dry Cleaning.com cannot accept responsibility for any garment that we have not acknowledged as received. If for some reason, we cannot locate your garment, Web Dry Cleaning.com will provide you a credit to the original form of payment for the fair value of that garment, as explained in the American National Standards Institute National Fair Claims Guide for Consumer Textile Products.

What is Web Dry Cleaning.com’s damaged garment policy?
If, in a rare instance, you find a damaged item in your order, please contact us at 856-832-0171 or email us at garments@webdrycleaning.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Web Dry Cleaning.com cannot accept responsibility for garments that we have not acknowledged as received. Upon receiving your damaged garment, we will send it to our dry cleaning facility for an analysis and then we will contact you within 5 business days to resolve the dispute with you. If we determine that we are responsible for the damage to your garment, Web Dry Cleaning.com will provide you a credit to the original form of payment for the fair value of that garment, as explained in the American National Standards Institute National Fair Claims Guide for Consumer Textile Products.
